Who it suits
- Businesses that will genuinely meet clients in person at stated hours.
- Practitioners who want a professional door and a place to see clients.
Google's rules, in plain English
Google says a business needs to make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours to show an address on Maps. In practice that means:
- Permanent signage at the address
- In-person contact with customers during your stated hours
- Staffed by your own staff during those hours
Meeting them is up to you. We supply the address, the sign and the room. More on Google Business Profile.
Is this right for you?
- You’ll be on site to meet clients at the hours you list on Google.
- You want a professional door your clients can find.
If you won’t actually be on site to meet clients, choose Pro and a service-area profile instead.
If you also take office space where your own staff are on site during stated hours, you may meet Google’s rules. That’s your call to make.
How you can use the address
Your address becomes Suite NNNNN at a second Preston street address, shown once your ID checks pass. Use it as your registered office, mailing address or principal place of business. Moving from Business Address or Pro changes your street address, so update ASIC within 28 days. We accept mail at both addresses for 30 days.
Limits and fine print
- 3-month minimum from your approval date, then month to month.
- We can’t guarantee Google approves your listing.
- No desk or workspace. Clients are seen by appointment in the meeting room.
